beats that are Non-Exclusive can continue to be sold by L-Boogz unless Exclusive rights are purchased.

any album or demo, please write credits exactly like this: "Music Written and Produced by L-Boogz for lboogzproductions.com".
By purchasing Beats (instrumental) from lboogzprodutions.com, the buyer is automatically bound
to the terms of the license agreement.
L-Boogz always retains the copyright to all non lyrical music.
1) you can use non exclusive beats from lboogzproductions.com royalty free as long
as you give L-Boogz the production credit.
2) You can never take any beat downloaded from lboogzproductions.com and resale it in exact
form after downloading it. The beat purchased from lboogzproductions.com must have lyrics from the user through
a substantial part of the song created from L-boogz materials.
3) The artist will always own the copyright to the lyrics that they have possession of.
4) You can use non exclusive beats produced by l-boogz for demos, mixtapes, or any
media applications royalty free.
5) you cannot recreate any beat from lboogzproduction and claim it to be yours.
6) L-boogz has the right to release any of the music on lboogzproctions.com for sale at anytime unless
Exclusive rights are purchased.
